Admission Process at Xinjiang Medical University

Xinjiang Medical University is a prestigious in China. Hence it is the dream of many students to study here. The university invites application for MBBS in Xinjiang Medical University in the month of May. Students can apply online by filling the form available on the website. One must fill the correct details as asked in the form to avoid any cancellation or rejection of the form. The university representative will connect with the applicant within 7 working days on the registered email id of the contact number. The authorized representative is the right person to guide for the admission process. All the documents needed to support you application are also to be submitted online to reach the university at the earliest. It is advised to be careful and attentive while filling the application form and submitting the documents so as avoid the chances of rejection if any.

The list of documents to be submitted for admission in MBBS admission in Xinjiang Medical University is as follows:

  1. Coloured scanned copy of 10th Mark sheet
  2. Notarized copy of 12th Mark sheet
  3. Notarized copy of NEET Scorecard
  4. A copy of original passport
  5. Police Clearance Certificate
  6. Record of Physical Medical Check up
  7. Student coloured passport size photograph
  8. Gap Certificate (in case there is any gap in academic years)
  9. Bank Statement (showing 1 year fee & expenses)

The university verifies these documents as they are received from the applicant and the qualified students are issued the Letter of Offer by the Admissions department. Don’t be disheartened, if the admission letter is not received within few days. In general, it usually takes some days of time to issue the letter because of the huge number of applications received each year. The students on receiving the offer letter are required to remit the university fee directly to the university account. On the receipt of university fee, the university management makes an arrangement to submit student details with the Ministry of Education China which further proceeds with the issuance of JW202 for the student.  The JW202 is sent to the student along with the admission letter. The JW202 and the admission letter must be submitted at the Embassy of China by the student for visa stamping. The visa stamping also requires the student to submit passport, visa application form and passport size photographs. The consulate in the home country is responsible to stamp the visa of the student. Usually, express student visa takes 2 working days and normal student visa for China takes 4-5 working days for processing. Once this student has been granted with visa for study in China, he/she can make arrangements to fly to China.

The student must not forget to carry the academic transcripts and medical reports with him for verification and registration at the university
